A truly awesome 1970's Howard Keith HK Diplomat sofa designed by John Home for HK Furniture (London).

Other advertised examples of this model of sofa state they were famously owned by Princess Anne as well as Lord Edward Davenport.

Our sofa has been completely reupholstered from scratch - a monumental task but absolutely worth the effort in our view!

As with all our upholstered items, the sofa now complies with the UK Furniture and Furnishings Fire Safety Regulations

Upon completion of the sale, we will also provide a photo of the stripped frame to evidence the work undertaken.

The choice of fabric was obviously crucial, and we are absolutely thrilled with the end look we have managed to achieve using the brilliant 'Letters 140' wool fabric designed by Gunnar Aagaard Andersen for Kvadrat in 1955.

A sample of the fabric can be provided upon request.

Unbelievably, we purchased this sofa as part of a set of three which were all in their original fabric. If you are interested in more than one, please contact us for more information / to discuss.

Although the sofa will be partly dismantled for transport and re-assembled in it's new location (by us personally) due to it's weight/size, please still take note of the dimensions below and consider any potential access constraints.
