Returns Policy

We hope you will be thrilled with your purchase, and our customers’ satisfaction is our priority, so in the event you are not satisfied with the item, we will exchange or refund your item if it is returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us by phone and/or e-mail before returning the item to provide the reason(s) why you wish to return it, otherwise we cannot accept any returns.

Please note, bespoke items that have been personalised according to your specifications do not fall under our normal returns policy above, but you may cancel your order within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.

Any goods being returned must be received by us in exactly the same condition as they were sent out to you, and include the original packaging materials. We regret that all shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.

If an item delivered to you by ourselves, or through one of our courier partners is damaged in transit, we will offer a full refund (including the delivery charges) as long as you notify us within 48 hours and retain any original packaging materials for claim purposes. We also require photographs of the delivered item condition. After 48 hours we are afraid we cannot uphold any claim. We are also unable to accept any responsibility for any damages that occur in transit which aren’t delivered by ourselves or through one of our courier partners.
